Some half dollar coins will be between 2002- 2020 as they are NIFC (Not Intended for Circulation). NIFC coins must be purchased from the mint; then, over time some get put into circulation. Occasionally silver half dollar coins can be found dating from 1964 to 1969. Keep an eye out for "Proof" coins denoting an "S" Mint Mark and various error & variety coins. Happy Hunting!
