    A 13 numbered page Official printing of Orders for various people to new units postings.. this is one of the initial publications at the beginning of the war placing services members. The person who is listed on the top of this order was a naval aviator who served in the Pacific. This booklet has many orders and advancement in rank of many soldiers … giving their name and rank and promotion rank.
    Hollywood Film Maker Maj Frank Capra is listed on page 12 and is noted that he is from Los Angeles, Calif with his Service number and is being assigned to Signal Corps, Sig O, Washington, DC. Feb. 11 1942.
    Capra enlisted in the army as a Commissioned Officer Rank of Major. By this time he was already an accomplished movie maker and was sent to D.C. to produce propaganda movies.
