This advertisement page is by the General Motors Corporation for their Buick division. It is for the Buick-built Pratt & Whitney engines
The ad has a photo of an airplane engine. Text does not say what it is but I believe it is the Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp radial engine. The main painting shows B-24 Liberators bombing Ploesti.
Thanks davidandcarolina:   The Low Level Bombing of Ploesti, Romania took place on 1 August 1943.
There were other bombing raids of Ploesti. But there was only one low level bombing during WWII and that was in 1943.
Ad text starts “They’ve got a lot more coming then medals” and goes on about Buick-built engines.
This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1944 magazine.
