Being offered is a vintage paper ephemera collectible.  This is a fold out brochure or pamphlet for the 1948 Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial which was held in Gallup, New Mexico.  This looks like it was a pow wow.  The brochure is loaded with illustrations and information.  The brochure does show age and wearing, some of the edges have tiny edge bruises or tears, nothing affecting content, and some soiling in places.  Folded up, the brochure is approx. 9" by 3 3/4".
