1948 US Soldier Liquor Sales Permit Post WW2

Description

1948 WV Liquor Sales Permit with 4 attached coupons. This particular Permit was issued by the United States Armed Forces, to a US soldier. Originally contained 6 coupons that permitted a soldier to buy 1 unit of alcohol spirits (½ unit by volume), 6 times. Coupons A&B were used by this soldier. Coupons C&D & E&F are still attached. No stains or discoloration. No tears or holes. Very light fold crease down the middle. Coupon E has a crease at the very edge of a corner as shown in picture. Last page has a couple very light wrinkles. Overall I would say it's in near mint condition! Please see photos for best description. Dated 8/6/48
