    Description

CIRCA – 1970's Souvenir Butter Dish from New Mexico. On the top is “New Mexico” also a Longhorn Face with Long Horns.. On the side is a Embossed Native American Chief. What is interesting about this piece is the Color Painting was done after the Firing in the Kiln. There can be some flaking. Not marked but I
    believe
    it is
    Japan. The
    souvenir
business has changed over the years. It has went from quality such as this to cheap China items.
