2 Boxes (24) Unused Genuine Vikre Window Sash Holders VSH 57 For Check Rail Sash.  These are authentic antique sash holders with patented adjustable Spring tension.  Here is what the antique marketing instruction packet says please note this was probly written in the 1950s "Easily and economically installed in city and country homes garages and summer cottages tourist cabins resorts camps prefabricated structures barns farm buildings light commercial construction. Vikre new economy sash holders are designed for both new construction and modernizing old windows they are the only Spring tension type holders to have all moving parts fully incased thus eliminating wear on the window sash and sticking and faulty operation on the windows. Other outstanding features of Vikre holders are their low cost and the speed and ease with which they are installed requiring only one hole drilled in the sash. Sturdy brass face plate with an adjustable steel Spring tension holds the sash securely in any position. Only 1 holder is required to carry a sash. The boxes do show signs of wear just being stored but the sashes inside are in excellent condition. Please see pictures for full details.
