Please note that the installation must be carried out by professionally or as DIY and must meet the requirements and Regulations with the laws in your country.
Please connect Wires as the picture shows in the spec sheet. Then follow steps below
1st dip - if its ON it will only detect movement in a night light. If its OFF it will also work in the day time and Night time.
2nd dip is a sensitivity when its ON it is set on a low sensitivity when its OFF  it is set on a high sensitivity (it can detect wind and other non human movement)
Rest Dips are light time delay. 5 sec, 30 sec, 1, 3, 5 or 8 Minutes
