Foldout brochure with sepia-toned photos on the front and back covers. The back cover also has a small map pinpointing the location of Carlsbad. Not dated. Looks to be from the 1950's. Unfolds to eight panels (four on each side). See scans for content.
Informational and promotional text is augmented by wonderful photos throughout.
The brochure is in good + (plus) condition. Moderate wear to the covers and interior panels with very light creasing around the edges and at the corners. Clean and free of marks. Original. Shipping is free for domestic first class mail with delivery tracking.
