Really unusual hard to find early powder horn from the Mexico. Probably picked up as a little souvenir. I believe the words are burnt in with a hot point pyrography tool. Nice New Mexico Sun as well.  Very hard to find anything mentioning chiquilla New Mexico. Mexico became a state in 1912 I would guess this is nearly that old. Really unique .  needs someone to take care of it. Thank you for looking
Not sure what black line at fingertip is. Possibly a burn mark from tool burning in the dots
