Fits directly over mixing bowls or stock pots, its two end clips and handle creates a stable base for milling and processing. The food mill separates skins and seeds while removing pulp in one easy step. Includes 3 stainless steel grinding discs to create a variety of food textures. The fine grinding disc creates smooth jellies, creamy sauces and delicate baby food. The medium grinding disc for hearty applesauce, vegetable soups and tomato sauce. The coarse grinding disc for chunkier sauces and mashed potatoes. Dishwasher safe.
