    Description

    Description
    What is Fine Ceramics?
Kyocera's fine ceramics are different from "pottery" ceramics such as earthenware, and are materials that have new functions and characteristics by refining the raw materials to remove impurities and precisely controlling the composition and molecular structure.
The raw material originally developed by Kyocera for cutlery has the greatest feature of being hard (high toughness), and has both long-lasting sharpness and resistance to chipping.
Keeping the Flavor of Tea Leaves
Since the ceramic mortar does not emit metal ions, it does not impair the original flavor of tea leaves.
Also, ceramics are not metal but a type of pottery, so they do not rust.
In addition, it has excellent wear resistance, so the sharpness of the blade is maintained.
    Adjustable to Your Favorite Roughness
You can grind green tea (sencha) by turning the knob to adjust the roughness to your liking.
    Disassembly and Cleaning OK!
The mortar part can be disassembled and washed with water.
In addition, since the mortar is made of ceramic, it does not rust even when washed with water and can be used cleanly at any time.
Ingest the Whole Nutritional Component of Tea Leaves
When tea is made with a kyusu, about 70% of the nutritional components of tea leaves are discarded as tea leaves.
By powdering the tea leaves themselves with this product, you can easily and without waste the nutritional components of the tea leaves.
Compared to tea made with a kyusu, catechin intake is about 2.3 times higher (according to a survey by the Japan Medical Clinical Laboratory Co., Ltd.).
    Easy to Store Design
By expanding the bottom part, the sense of stability is improved and tea leaves can be easily ground.
Since the handle part is designed to fit the main body, the handle part does not get in the way and can be stored compactly.
    How to Use 1
    1.
    Remove the top cap
    2.
    Open the middle cap
    3.
Put tea leaves in the main body (top)
    4.
Return the middle cap and top cap
    5.
    Turn the handle clockwise
    How to Use 2
You can enjoy tea without producing tea leaves by diluting the powdered tea leaves with hot water or water as you like.
You can also use it for dessert or cooking like matcha.
    Only for green tea (dried).
Do not use tea other than tea leaves (genmaicha, barley tea, kukicha, etc.).
Be sure to wash it if you do not use it for a long time.
Powdered tea may adhere and immobilize the upper and lower ceramic mortars.
