Leviton 4005 white glazed porcelain lampholder without the metal mounting strap. This is intended for use in a fixture with dual lampholders that need to be replaced and where you can re-use the existing mounting strap. This should be compatible with multiple dual lampholder designs such as: 4005, 4006, 24005, and 4008. Two-piece white glazed porcelain twin socket design. Wiring terminals on inner end of one body only, with connection screws from opposite side completing the circuit and acting as means to tighten assembly to strap.
