This grinder was made the old fashion way with real metal parts. It zipped through the roasts and ground the hamburger meat very quickly. 10 pounds was cut ground packed, vacuumed sealed , dated and placed in the freezer in approximately 10 minutes. My nephew also used it to grind up deer meat and zipped through that also. It was easy to clean. I would highly recommend this item. shipped it quickly and at the time had the best price.

I purchased the LEM Mighty Bite No.8 for my honey to process deer meat. He's always wanted to make his own deer sausage.Now he's lost his mind grinding up everything! This grinder is powerful enough to take on the lean meats like deer without hesitation and plowed thru the chuck roasts like butter! It comes w 3 different grinding wheel selections which is really helpful!Assembly and use was so simple! I def recommend this to anyone who wants a simple electric grinder with immense power! I also bought the LEM Foot Pedal which is not only a life saver, but a marriage saver! Have only ground meat for hamburger and ground and stuffed two batches of sausage, each about 6 lbs. Grinder is great for my needs. I may use it once a month or so. Partially frozen meat ground cleanly. Buy a foot switch for stuffing - then it's a 1 person job. Use a large bottle brush to clean.
