ORIGINAL LUCILLE BALL I LOVE LUCY ELOIS JENSSEN COSTUME DESIGN SKETCH SIGNED

Description

Original Lucille Ball "I Love Lucy" costume design sketch by Academy Award winning costume designer Elois Jenssen, circa 1953-1954.  This Lucille Ball costume design is for a lovely "Harem" gown, a style which was very popular during the early to mid 1950's.  This original sketch was featured in the Profiles In History Dreier Collection Part 2 auction held on July 30, 2013 (please see photo #'s 6 & 7) and the original auction catalog is included in this sale.  Sketch measures approximately 19" x 11.5" and is in overall excellent original condition: (2) small 1/2" tears on top and bottom edges of sketch, digitally circled in black for reference, please see photo #'s 4 & 5.
The original mounting tape is still present on the top & bottom and can be removed very easily without damaging the sketch...I've left it intact to preserve the overall originality of the sketch.  I placed a black pen over the sketch when taking the eBay listing photos to discourage the copying & distribution of my costume sketch images.  From a smoke & pet-free home.
A note to fellow collectors:  I'm very interested in acquiring William Travilla's original Barbara Stanwyck "The Thorn Birds" costume sketches.  Any assistance/information would be greatly appreciated.
