US Army Germany Road Map 1951 Post WWII Engineer Intelligence Group Cold War Era

Description

Thank you for looking at this authentic November 1951 U.S. Army Road Map of Germany.  The map is in color and measures 3 feet by 4 feet when unfolded.  An early Cold War Era map, it was "Printed under agreement 7714 Engineer Intelligence Group - Druck: Georg Stritt & Co., Frankfort".  It is also listed in the margin as "Special Edition of Deutsche Shell-Karte 3 + 4.  Copyright: Kartographisches Institut Kurf Mair Stuttgart".
The map is in nice condition but does have signs of use with a couple of small fountain pen ink spots, small 1/4" hole, a bit of surface dirt smudging in a small area or two, a bit of a tear on one edge, etc., all of which appears to be from historic field use.  Overall the map is intact with nice color and in nice looking condition, as-is.
