    Description

    1 Vintage 2 Piece Ornate Eastlake Solid Brass Swing Arm Window Sash Lock Antique Hardware.
    Antique Victorian pivot lift arm sash window lock in Cast Brass with spring loaded pivot lift arm lock.
    Patent date on the back Jan 4 & June 13, 1876.  Payson Mfg. Co.
    Lock base measures 2  1/2" wide x 7/8" deep.  Keeper is 2 1/2" x 1 1/4".
    The arm is operated via pulling out the movable spring loaded round end which releases the  arm from the keeper and allows it to swivel up and over.
    Condition: It is in very good sound working condition with some tarnish on latch. Could us a cleaning. See photos to help determine condition.
