Vintage--Cast Brass--Upper Window Closure-lock-Open--CHURCH Stained Glass Windows-- is where i remember that Hook-Pull
Mounted on a Long Wood Pole-- the Usher could open and close-Lock the Windows-- i used to do it myself--
i see a small crack in one of the inside corners-- see pictures--
i see something might be missing-from the inside loop--- a Empty Tapped Hole and a Grove that something might of went into--
maybe it was Modified-- maybe it is Just Missing a part and a screw---- Selling what  is Pictured--and described--
look at pictures for best description of part-- might or might not be what you need
look at the Small Crack--- so you dont get it and then tell me about it--- so i listed it in several places for you to notice it
Any questions-- please ask---- Might of Been a Nylon liner so it diddnt make so much noise when you reached for the Window and found the hole for open-close
