WINGS CLARA BOW PORTRAIT LINEN CARD 1927

Vintage original Lobby Card (11 x 14) from 1927. Wings, the 1927 William A. Wellman silent/talking World War I (WWI) military airplane aviation romantic thriller melodrama ("To those young warriors of the sky whose wings are folded about them forever in this motion picture is reverently dedicated."; "Story by John Monk Saunders"; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Clara Bow, Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Richard Arlen, Arlette Marchal, Gary Cooper (in one of his first major roles!), Jobyna Ralston, El Brendel, Richard Tucker, and Roscoe Karns. Card is in FINE condition with some border wear incuding a tear on the bottom left border corner and is repaired with archival tape on back and a tear on top border that goes slightly into the N of Menjou and a small stain on top border. Beautiful original release linen card !! This is a RARE CARD and is in FINE condition with a couple of tack holes in bottom border and a border corner piece missing and some light scuff lines in image which is typical of linen cards but you have to tilt the card around to the light to see them.
