1. A pre- World War 2 Hungarian passport belonging to Dr. Benedict Toth (US Army medical corps). This shows his dates of travel and personal information including date of birth.
2. A WW2 Civilian Defense certificate for a member of the Medical Corps from the City of Olean,N.Y.
Doctor:
Benedict J. Toth
From Google I learned that Dr. Toth passed March 1, 2003...... at the age of 92. Somehow, these two items found there way to a local antique shop in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
Note:
Olean N.Y. was an important war time center for military manufacturing. Many military knives and related equipment were made in this area.
