    Description

    The top of the quilt is multi-color
    and is made from cotton.  The bottom of the quilt is solid black and is made from cotton.  The batting (middle layer) is made from polyester.
    The pictures were taken with the quilt on top of a queen-size bed.
    This quilt measures about 55" wide and about 70" long, and is made to fit a twin / single size bed.
    This quilt was made by a group of 7 ladies that meet once a week for most of the weeks during the year.
    The pieces used to make the top of this quilt were hand-cut by one of the ladies, then sewn together by machine at her house.
    The quilt top was then brought to a weekly meeting at a Church where the group hand-tied the top, batting and back together, then stitched the binding with a sewing machine.
    Most of the material for the tops and some for the backs is donated, which is why we are able to sell hand-made quilts at this price and still have money left over for other causes.
    Proceeds from the sale of our quilts go towards sending quilts to emergency and disaster areas throughout the world through World Relief.

    Washing Instructions:
    Wash in gentle cycle.  Tumble dry at normal settings.
